Achievements included and increase in the completeness accuracy and consistency of forecasts, a clean up to 20 entity balance sheets, accurate reporting into the Swedish Stock Exchange, improved cash awareness and collections.

Brown Field Site. To construct a container terminal in Kaliningrad, Russia. Base Case: HQ Q4 2006 Regional Due Diligence. On arrival it was clear to me that there was a large gap to real construction capex and forecasted opex. Revenues were reasonable assuming the parent, Moller Maersk, will call to this terminal. On proving the GAP and the impact of the GFC the project was shelved. Main duties:- correct the company structure, - forecast, budgeting and cash management- purchasing negotiations (value to date 5mil$ local/international suppliers), - update due diligence, and board meeting presentations and discussions of project progress. Explaining to the board that they had got it wrong was a challenging process.

Duties included:- Management Team member and Finance/IT/Purchasing Team leader- Leading finance assessment of operational processes to elimimate non-value added procedures (Value Stream Mapping) and implement decisions of the MT mandated to cost down ahead of price declines, which we managed to do. - Director of New Co. Jan 2006 onwards- Re-establish company following group bankruptcy Jan 2006 (including cash, risk and complete supplier management)Biggest Challenge:Bring trust and faith back to all stakeholders following bankruptcy.
