Client: ESRI South Asia Pte Ltd (Singapore): Responsible for the design and development of the Map Production and Management System (MPMS), an Arc/Info and ArcStorm application written in Arc Macro Language (AML). The system is intended to be used to capture, manipulate and maintain information required for the Singapore street directory and to produce the street directory itself. Fully responsible for evaluating existing software and then carrying out remaining programming through to the system’s acceptance. This contract involved 14 weeks working in both the ESRI Singapore office and Singapore Ministry of Law’s office.Project Manager/Designer/Developer. Client: Ministry for Planning, Western Australia. Responsible for the design and development of the Ministry for Planning (WA) LATPS (Local Authority Town Planning Scheme) GIS upgrade. Responsible for Project Management also for this project. Conducted Training Courses, including Introduction to GIS using GRAPE, Intermediate GRAPE training, SIMS training and Advanced GRAPE.Project Manager/Designer/Developer. Client: Forestry Tasmania. Responsible for the design and development of the Map Composer module. A Module of the organisation’s GIFT system, it uses Arc/Info or HTML forms in a “wizard” style approach to producing standard maps. Project Manager/Designer/Developer. Client: Aboriginal Affairs Department, Western Australia. Responsible for the design and development of the Departments Sites Dithering project. This was an ArcView & ArcInfo project to automatically censor Aboriginal Sacred Site boundaries on a nightly basis. Responsible for Project Management on this project. Responsible for development of the Department’s Sites Intranet GIS Query server.

Client: Department of Land Administration, Western Australia. Responsible for the design and development of the Departments Topographic Geonoma tagging project. This is an ArcView/Avenue project designed to provide a friendly user interface for the "tagging" of topographic data with values from DOLA's geonoma register. Responsible for development various Arc/Info AML projects, including Primary Street Addressing (PSA), and Topographic data incremental update.
