Project Manager – Ox-Cam Property Flood Resilience PathfinderNorth Northamptonshire Council May 2020 - Sep 2022Kettering, England, United KingdomResponsible for leading the Ox-Cam PFR Pathfinder project, one of three national Environment Agency funded pathfinders raising awareness of property flood resilience (PFR). Led by North Northamptonshire Council with a budget in excess of £750k, partnered with eight Local Authorities and organisations across the Flood and Water sector from the Ox-Cam Arc region. With multiple partners across a wide variety of organisations and five different workstreams, this was a complex project to co-ordinate and manage which included community and business engagement, creating a demonstration PFR flood trailer and a demonstration PFR property and professional services center. Due to the national lockdown with Covid-19 significant contingency and risk planning, mitigation measures and innovation was required throughout to deliver the projects objectives successfully. -
