The position of Senior HSE Advisor reporting directly to the Project managers and provide support to the project management team and project personnel. From November 2012 position of the lead HSE Advisor on the largest project Subsea 7 Norway had undertaken, the Martin Linge SURF Project for client Total. • To promote Critical Safety Behaviours Programme, setting the tone and leading by example.• Responsible for the efficient, timely, accurate and cost effective management and delivery of the function's activities within the designated area of responsibility.• Present monthly HSE statistical performance both internally and to the Client.• Support project leadership in the implementation of the HSE management system.• Responsible for the co-ordination, preparation and delivery of Project HSE documentation including identifying project performance drivers & implement project specific KPIs where appropriate.• Ensure appropriate incident investigation level is undertaken.
