Working as part of a joint team composed of external service providers, eProcurement core consultants and the eProcurement Scotland in innovating new ePayment methods across the Scottish public sector.Lead ePayments project analysing the feasibility of Scotland wide solutions for electronic payment including eInvoicing, Supply Chain Finance, Government Procurement Card and Data Capture.Prepare and deliver presentations and training to senior public sector managers and directors across various subjects from new system functionality, Audit and Procurement compliance, Devolved Procurement Authority, change management processes and associated training and development.Liaise with European Governments developing the Pan European Public Procurement Online Project (PEPPOL). Analyse national statistics, guidelines and legislation to find common requirements across all member states and liaise with external consultants.
