After more than 40 years of providing business and legal counsel to entrepreneurs, owners and operators of their own businesses, I now provide consulting services to the marine industry, advising marina developers and operators, boat builders and distributors, boat yards and marine service personnel. My objectives are simple: a) streamline the client's operations to achieve maximum efficiency; b) enhance the customer experience;c) improve the client's bottom line. Additionally, I am continuing to serve several not-for-profits and the City of South Haven, MI as a member of the Harbor Commission. All this while sharing every day with my fabulous wife, enjoying my 6 grandchildren, cruising and racing our sailboat, Legacy (1st Div VI, and 2nd overall out of 170+ boats, 2015 Queen's Cup) and truly enjoying and appreciating life.
