Built a loyal client based through personal attention and effectively in a fast-based contracting environment. Daily management of various projects to keep them on schedule and ensure completion time and profitability.Managed and operated daily operations of a remodeling company specializing in rough, finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, stucco, and related trades and at times designing in a highly completive Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling business. I personally handled the procurement of the projects, estimating and the supervision and coordinating of my own crew and other sub-contractors. We took other Designer’s and Architect’s visions and made them into a reality. Many projects also consisted of our own Design-Build work.Managed remodeling projects from start to finish from a Kitchen Cabinet Company in the Pacific Design Center, West Hollywood California. Many clients consisted from the entertainment sector, Doctors, Lawyers and Designers and Architects. Additional projects consisted of interior design for substrate materials and room additions from the ground up to installing windows, doors, flooring, rough and finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, stucco and concrete foundations and concrete flat work to landscaping and exterior and interior designs. Also property managed several clients homes and investments and my own property investments of all the day to day activities, from repairs to paying bills, to remodeling to renting the units.
