Security Officer
CurrentI worked at various sites and retail centre across Scotland for almost a year and then I did the training for Tribunals and I started the PRS and MHTS Tribunals in April 2018I also worked at the Forth Ports Security Officer, Cineworld, Break Cover for several Corporate and Retail Sites and Covering Park Head Mental Hospital as a Security Officer covering Day Shifts and Night Shifts.I worked at various events across Scotland and it gave me the confidence I need for using the radios effectively and also the customer service experience.I also worked at the build shifts during the summer before and after at various events across Glasgow.•Ensure all customers have a safe and enjoyable event •Customer Care •Ticket Checking •Body/Bag searching •Man-guarding areas of interest •Dealing with disturbances •Evaluate health and safetyI was part of the Breahead Core team for almost a year and I worked at various events across Scotland and it gave me the confidence I need for using the radios effectively and also the customer service experience.•Ensure all customers have a safe and enjoyable event •Customer Care •Ticket Checking
