Alan Smith will provide consulting for all schools middle school, high school, college programs and all travel and club programs along with providing needed student fitness programs.Alan Smith will provide consulting services which includes a quality fitness training program to all schools, physical education teachers and athletic coaches of all travel and club programs.Consulting services will include but are not limited to: consultations with site Principals, Assistant Principals, seasonal coaching staff and PE teachers, travel and club coaches; referrals & outsourcing the purchasing of any and all equipment needed for the sports performance and/or fitness programs; overseeing the set-up and flow of equipment to maximize the efficiency and safety of students/student athletes and staff, planning & designing workouts to train the staff on how to properly implement use of equipment such as proper assessment of students, program design, corrective regression, and progressions for each individual student as needed. Alan Smith will provide professional development, and continuing education to ignite a passion in the sports programs, students and athletes by giving them the best possible chance for success in their PE Classes or chosen sport. Overall Consulting Services & Training fees will be agreed upon per hour, athlete, or program. Additional Services such as curriculum, a training app, future training program designs, (nutritional information and programs) for physical education teachers and sport-specific coaches, are also available. Alan has been Ignite/ACE Certified as well as a sports performance specialist for well over 20 years, and has acquired the knowledge and expertise in various fitness disciplines which include Youth Athletic Assessment Specialist, Complete Youth/Athlete Development Specialist, IYCA Speed and Agility Specialist, Sport Specific (Functional) Training, Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology, Exercise Psychology, IYCA Nutrition Specialist, FMS Certified, Proprioceptive (Balance) Training and Sports Nutrition just to name a few. Alan is also currently working with Azusa Pacific University’s Applied Exercise Science department as well as training many of their student athletes. Alan was IYCA's first certified High School Strength and Conditioning Coach. Alan is also one of the first (and few.) Ignite Master Trainer certified coaches in California that has partnered with Under Armour, Gatorade, IMG Academies, and TRX (to name a few) to test, measure and assess an athletes foundational athleticism, movement, visual ability, nutrition, character, mental aptitude, as well as communicative skills.
