Work in Finance Delivery Centre (old Fonterra Business Services) providing financial and management accounting requirements for Fonterra's Largest NZ entity. I have lead five different roles within Reporting services and currently leading two high risk roles being:- Inventory Accountant - Milk Accountant I have previously lead:- Global Supply Chain.

• Business Analyst – Expense Management TeamWhile in this position I was responsible for:
• Month end direct expense reporting
• FTE reporting, focus on bridging gap between HR metrics and financial metrics, data clean up and analysis
• Expense optimisation project – Telecommunications validation, data clean up and base lining of current costs
• Resolving ad hoc queries from businesses and management
• Extracting, Manipulating and amalgamating large amounts of data to create useful information for decision making

• While in this position I was responsible for:
• Month end accounts and monthly processing
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Process improvement
• Team Leader of GST transitional group
• Liaising with different levels of management and frontline staff

• While in this position I was responsible for:
• Daily P&L process – Daily reporting of P&L and reconciliation to month end numbers.
• Investigating large or unusual P&L transactions and liaising with other product controllers and business managers to clear items which were being held out of the daily P&L.
• Month End reporting – Month end journals, Intercompany balances, Supplementary Data packs, Balance Sheet substantiation.
• FX sells downs & rolling term deposits for subsidiary.
• Aiding and ensuring that re-designation of assets from Held for trading (HFT) to Loans and Receivables (LAR) was correct and went to the correct business cost centres.Key sectors:

• While in this position I was responsible for:
• Entire audit file
• Leading teams of up to 3 people, from planning to delegating work, reviewing and reporting.
• Reviewing the juniors work
• Mentoring/training the junior and ensuring that all sections or the audit were being completed and to a level ready to be reviewed by the manager and partner.
• Testing and understanding of all material accounts and balances. Obtaining management explanation and analytical review.Key sectors audited while in financial services:

• While in this position I was responsible for:
• Strong internal control focus and testing, testing of all seven major business cycles per Deloitte methodology.
• Responsible for the entire audit file
• Leading teams of up to 6 people, from planning to delegating work, reviewing and reporting.
