•Demonstrate and lead best practices with the use of system and tools to manage inventory, gain efficiencies and drive sales•Assist store leaders in maintaining accurate inventory management and controlling shrinkage•Support all facets of inventory management including Physical Inventory, Store Fulfillment and Divisional Inventory Standards•Develop relationships with both merchandising and store teams to help lead and integrate change that promotes customer driven initiatives•Assist in identifying issues, resolutions and future opportunities that lead to competitive advantages•Support the development of an effective team of goal-oriented employees that deliver outstanding service•Being aware of budgets and help drive efficiencies and continuous improvement within the store

Unpack merchandise from vendor boxes and remove merchandise from plastic bags and packagingPlace sensors on goods according to MSS standardsHang or fold merchandise and place on racks to be taken to the selling floorAssist the Merchandise Team in the placement of merchandise received through shipmentCollect cardboard boxes and trash and discard in the appropriate compacting receptacleComplete all processing and receiving activities in accordance with productivity standards timelinesAssist the Merchandise Team in the movement of fixtures and merchandise for new product, season changes, and clearance setsAssist in replenishment of stock onto the sales floorAssist in inventory processAssist in markdown processResponsible for customer carryout and special deliveriesParticipate in stockroom maintenance, organization, and housekeepingProcess damages, transfers, and return to vendor merchandiseMaintain high customer readiness standards by delivering a clean, neat, easy to shop store environmentFollows shortage programs and procedures as they pertain to the receiving functionDaily hanger collection and sortingAttend to customer service needs in a friendly and helpful manner when approachedBe sensitive to store’s needs and flex into other non-selling areas as neededAssist with special projects as assignedPerform other duties as needed
