As the Visual Lead for Men's and Women's departments, I collaborated with the department managers to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhanced the overall shopping experience. My responsibilities included ensuring that visual merchandising aligned with the brand's image and marketing goals, creating seasonal and thematic displays to highlight new arrivals, promotions, and bestsellers, and setting up and dismantling displays according to the merchandising calendar.I implemented engaging window displays and in-store presentations, ensuring that all displays were clean, organized, and well-maintained.
