Senior It Business Support
Current- Provide Level 1 and 2 support to diagnose and resolve users’ technical based problems associated withCouncil’s business systems, applications, and other Council approved software.
- Active Directory user Management, Azure AD, Office 365 Active Directory (emails and MFA) and SecureLink for managing external access by contractors.
- Image desktop PCs to specific SOE requirements and installation of additional hardware components andperipherals.
- Log, record, and manage all requests assigned to you via the IT Helpdesk system, escalate tickets toexternal vendors as required in order to meet request closure timeframes.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Service Desk documentation, policies and procedures
- Maintain Current Network Environment including LAN/WAN, Wireless, Firewall, Routers, Switches and Networking Devices
