Experience: I am an extensively experienced, dedicated, Chartered Building Surveyor with nearly twenty years of experience in project management, contract administration, design and space planning and building surveys. I lead the northern region Project and Building Consultancy team for Cluttons. I have key experience in the field of dilapidations where I have advised clients resulting in significant savings to tenants on Landlord’s claims. I am currently involved in negotiations for numerous key clients acting for both tenant and landlord.
