Supported Insolvency, Audit &Mergers/Acquisitions Teams with Real Estate advice. Initially based at Bristol, but seconded to Manchester to establish a northern Real Estate Advisory Team and partner with stakeholders to expand our service offering to KPMG clients and customers. My role covered providing disposal advice to the Insolvency team, unpicking valuation reports providing advice to Audit teams to winning a 18 month secondment to the London Development Agency supporting the London 2012 Olympic Games site assembly, CPO and supporting development work for local business. I project managed teams of Chartered Surveyors with a wide skills base augmented with procured consultants.

I led the BSc (Hons) Real Estate degree, supported the MSc Real Estate, managed RICS and IRRV accreditations, developed innovative teaching materials, undertook research and had referred papers published. My role was focused on managing and delivering a three year degree, ensuring the appropriate professional accreditation was obtained and maintained. I worked with the professional to ensure course content was up to date and forging links complimented the course through site visits and guest lecturing. My research was in the field of office occupation and the impact on modern working practices. I was a regular contributor to the RICS Cutting Edge Conference where I presented papers. I also published papers in the Journal of Property Investment and Journal of Property Management. I supported the profession and colleagues from other universities and guest lectured at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge.
