I also have 5 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, along with 10 years of experience as aDispatcher, Safety & Compliance Manager, and General Manager in several smaller market trucking companies in theCharlotte Metro area.I have great communication, organizational, and relational skills and believe that the key to being a good manager iscommunication and time management. I believe it is imperative to generate strong relationships, trust, and respect withmy superiors, customers, and subordinates.I am a very organized and efficient individual who learns quickly.
