In my time at Babcock I;• Led more than 20 projectso The largest and most complex was a 4 year plan to replace 30 baggage screening machines, on multiple work fronts with new screening machines and processes, utilizing new technology drives and functionality to improve running efficiencies in to a live terminal, maintaining baggage throughput to predefined limits. • Monitored and reported progress.• Promoted a right first time approach reducing risk of potential rework.• Owned issues that required assessment of project risk, design and planning thus controlling financial costs.• Developed stakeholder relationships enabling successful delivery and a reputation that enabled continuation of works with future projects.Babcock and I are proud of its Health and Safety record managing operations, maintenance, installation, commissioning and testing in an environment surrounded by civilian passengers and baggage hall staff.
