The work is predominantly domestic and deals with extensions, attic conversions and alterations of private houses and flats. The work will deal primarily with producing drawings for Clients and help them obtain the relevant Planning Permissions and Building Warrants.Once permissions and warrants are granted, if necessary, I will liaise with the Client and aid them in procuring a Contractor for their project by producing a tender package.

- Setting up a new CMMS maintenance database using Fiix software, covering the three trains currently overseen by Assenta Rail. Engineers and Technicians will use database.- Site survey of rail vehicles.- Preparation of CAD drawings from older, hand drawn drawings.

- Preparing Planning and Building Warrant applications for house builder developments up to £1.5M.- Producing scheme and detail drawings for Care home development.- Updating drawings and information packages as projects develop.- Control of drawings and related documents between relevant professions, contractors and client.
