I am a Business Analyst/Product Owner with Sentry Insurance going on 6 years. I work with an Agile Scrum team to develop and release updated Claims software to our internal Customer Service representatives and external business partners. I am responsible for tracking and coordinating all priorities, activities, issues, and progress of assigned projects. I work closely with management from multiple business and IT departments to provide progress updates and communicate timelines. I collaborate with users and management to capture business requirements to gain acceptance criteria for product use cased-based scenarios using Jira. This includes translating the obtained requirements into Features and User Stories for my development team.II create a project roadmap, milestones, phases and completion dates for my projects. I work hard to ensure the project scope is maintained and requirements are met throughout the life of the project while continuously evaluating business and technical acceptance criteria.
