Senior Design Manager: Managed Creative Department, supervisor to 3 direct reports. Headed creative endeavors on behalf of product development, marketing, web & graphic branding of company. ·Oversaw new product development, visual enhancement, rebranding and perception of the company via web, trade shows, catalogs, and client presentations. ·Worked directly with engineering staff and model shop on all customs conceptual ideas, led brainstorming meetings for all new client products with freehand sketching, renderings & 3D modeling. ·Managed creative relationships with clients, serving as designer on call. Collaborated with sales staff to determine the appropriate pitch. Generated sketches, color renderings, iPad or board presentations.·Supervised trade shows from creative concept to set-up. Created a unique theme for each show’s distinct customer base. (GlobalShop, NACS, NY POP, ICWS, ISA) ·Set goals and schedule of MDI Marketing efforts: email blasts, blog, Google ad word marketing of new products and branding reenforcement.·Initiated and maintained fresh programs for sales department to present to clients in an effort to sell our creative services using iPads and board creative presentations for POP and Traffic Control Products.·Conducted market research, creative ideation, cost evaluation, and customer creative presentations.
