As Product Owner, I work closely with UX & web designers, developers and other internal and external stakeholders to make our customer's online experience seamless and more enjoyable, ultimately leading to an increased conversion rate and mission success. In my role as eCommerce Coordinator at Michael Hill, I was initially responsible for supporting a number of aspects of our 5 eCommerce websites (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States, & Emma & Roe) with a particular focus on reporting and promotion management. In July 2019, the eCommerce team began our CRO journey. From here I took on the additional role as Scrum Master working Agile to help achieve our goals. In this time, we aided in launching a loyalty program, gift cards online, streamlined our checkout, updated our homepage design and overall style guide, and reinvented our navigation through a user-first approach.Through these roles I have gained new skills in softwares such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Comestri, more experience using pivot tables/sales cubes, task management as well as coordinating projects with team members in an array of different teams.

In July 2018 I took on the additional role of Digital Marketing Coordinator with insignia's larger sister company, Signet. I have similar responsibilities to that of my insignia role though due to the differing nature of the Signet business, I have gained a greater understanding of eCommerce and have more experience planning and executing email and direct mail campaigns. Signet has also helped me develop my knowledge of A/B testing, social media, and reporting.

In 2017 I joined Winson Group's Graduate Program going straight into the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator with insignia. As the only Digital Marketing Coordinator in insignia, it has pushed me to engage in self-directed learning and has helped me develop both important personal skills as well as industry skills as an emerging professional. My responsibilities in this role include: • Campaign Coordination • Websites and Microsites • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) • Digital Reports and Analytics • Mobile and Social Media, and • General MarketingAdditionally to digital marketing tasks, I also act as the team's Graphic Designer and Photographer/Videographer. Utilising my skills from my Interactive and Visual Design major, I have created an array of content for the insignia marketing and sales teams including infographics, sales brochures, trade advertisements, and product pamphlets. I have also had the opportunity to integrate and develop my photography and videography hobby into my work through photographing products and industry events, and creating internal and external training videos and an insignia corporate video.

After completing a Graphics & Digital Marketing Internship for a university unit with insignia, I was offered a part time position working with insignia's marketing department, focusing on digital marketing, where I was able to utilise and develop both my marketing and design skills.

During my Intern role I aided the Digital Marketing Executive in a range of tasks primarily involving their custom made CMS and designing products for salesmen to use while on the field interacting with both current and potential clients.From this role, I was offered the position of Digital Marketing Assistant until the completion of my university degree.

During my time with The Room Design Studio I was a part of their Design Internship Program. This gave me the opportunity to create work for a range of clients and further my knowledge in relevant software such as the Adobe suite and direct marketing platforms. Not only did I gain practical skills, but also industry knowledge through exposure to a design-focused business and through the writing of a series of blog posts such as the use of design thinking for business innovation and how to increase interactions on social media.
