Marketing Program Manager
Current• Create and coordinate the marketing programs across all channels including: events, digital, social, email, direct mail, internal communications, and sales.• Responsible for managing various marketing projects connected under one particular marketing program.• Work closely with other department leads and stakeholders to ensure marketing goals are met on time and on budget for customer engagement, internal communications, and sales.• Manage the marketing department’s project flow through Asana.• Be the liaison between the marketing department and external department stakeholders to ensure they are clear on timelines, deliverables and their respective roles and responsibilities for the project.• Manage all outside vendors to ensure their deliverables meet internal and external deadlines.• Bring the vision of the Vice President of Marketing to life by transforming big ideas into project workflows.• Work closely with Content Manager to meet internal and external deadlines and once approved, push content to production.• Manage and design e-commerce email marketing and social media campaigns to increase sales.• Manage marketing promotion and social media calendar including e-commerce and job post promotions. • Manage HubSpot CRM operations such as set up new users, clean-up of data and contact records, and help employees use the system.
