MY SIGNATURE CONTRIBUTION(S)In this role I served as project lead on the migration to Spectrum’s Hosted Voice Cloud Platform (Cloud PBX) from a traditional on-premise PBX including a new Call-Center Software Platform. I also led the migration to Microsoft 365 Platform (Exchange Online, TEAMs, SharePoint, OneDrive, Cloud Security, InTune, Azure). Additionally, I collaborated on the development of our Amazon (AWS) Portal allowing easy work flows between application developers and vendors.• Lead the help desk rework, added a dedicated help desk supervisor, implemented support technicians, standardized processes and equipment, and added Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for metrics and analytics to make support more end-user centric.• Oversee daily IT functions, including it support staff, helpdesk and IT infrastructure of all regional branch offices, call center(s), and corporate office.• Stood-up Maas360 and enrolled devices for device and application management.• Instrumental in on-premise to data center planning and migration (for redundancy and disaster recovery).• Successfully stood up SBS Call Center redesign helping create a modern call-center solution molded to fit the current needs of Star Leasing SBS, incorporating Office@Hand and InContact.• Directed new-site\expansion onboarding (Data, Voice, IT-Tech).• Migrated outdated analog and broadband services to a new, more cost effective / reliable fiber service in all Star Leasing locations, which equated to a $50K/year savings.
