In June 2003, following in-depth training and planning, I launched my first company - The Dream Pilot Ltd. My focus was both corporate training and personal development. After initial extensive training, I spent nine years as an independent consultant specialising in transaction processing and database technologies.Working with many large corporations throughout Europe, I designed and implemented a variety of projects in the financial and manufacturing sectors

On leaving school in 1971, I achieved a driving ambition and joined the Lancashire Constabulary as a Police Cadet.I later became a Police Constable and served with the force until 1976 when I transferred to the Royal Hong Kong Police. After extensive training I was promoted to Detective Inspector and joined Special Branch.Recognising the time was ripe for a change of career; I returned to the UK in 1979 and retrained for the emerging computer industry.
