As the managing Broker, I handled all aspects of the day-to-day operations. I assisted in developing and implementing policy, the compensation program, and the marketing and branding plan. Additionally, I developed and facilitated all agent training programs, concentrating on the technological tools available to assist customers and clients in achieving their real estate goals. During my tenure the company expanded from 3 offices to 9 offices throughout Northeast GA making us the largest franchise operation in the state at that time.I left the company to express myself through ownership and further my development of the use of technology in real estate.
