After a brief ramp up period and producing consistent sales margins, including being the top "rookie" sales person for the company (among 1,700 reps) in the third quarter of 2008, was promoted to Division Manager, responsible for the oversight and direction of over 40 sales people in three (3) Divisions in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. As Division Manager, was consistently in the top 10 producing Divisions (out of 100) in the company.
