Oversaw all school-age youth programs at the Y, including camping, after school, youth enrichment, youth sports, and teen programs.

• Direct all operations for the upwards of $900K budgeted JCCSF’s After School Program, serving 150 participants transported daily from 16 different elementary schools.• Develop and supervise the new Young Adult Engagement Initiative, defining a renewed role for the JCCSF in serving Bay Area young adults through community partnerships and collaboration. • Responsible for supervision of 12 benefited staff members and a transportation coordinator.• Portfolio includes: Vision and strategic planning, program development and enhancement, facility and transportation management, staff training, coaching and team-building, fiscal planning and budgetary management, marketing and public relations, development of community partnerships and relationships, and finally fundraising and donor development, including responsibility for governmental grants.

• Directed all operations for the upwards of $300K budgeted JCCSF’s Teen Program, including Club 18 Middle School programs, GenSF High School programs and the JCC Maccabi ArtsFest program, which serve annually upward of 1,800 unduplicated participants.• Additionally supervised summer teen camp experiences, including the Counselor-in-Trainig and Junior Counselor program, as well as the San Francisco Teen Outreach Program, a community-based teen engagement program.• Responsible for supervision of 2 to 4 full-time staff members and upwards of 20 part-time staff.• Portfolio included: Vision and strategic planning, program development andenhancement, staff training, coaching and team-building, fiscal planning and budgetary management, marketing and public relations, and fundraising and donor development.
