    At Scale Computing, Starting as an SE, then working my way up to the Field CTO, I have helped build the global presence of the Scale Computing Platform up from scratch. My work with the company has included a variety of activities and roles including:- I designed, created the proof of concept, and then prototyped an industry changing virtualization solution that joined virtualization and compute into Scale's highly available clustered storage solution. This was developed into Scale's SC//Platform (HC3) & the industry term "Hyperconvergence" was coined by the Taneja Group to describe it.- Brought Scale into the channel via Promark- technical objection handling & coaching of sales team- Conceptualized the Scale Edge line working with the Intel NUC team- Built and maintain a complete test/dev/prod lab & performance measuring environment- Have been the primary presenter for hundreds of webinar-based, in person, interviews and press presentations getting the Scale message out to the industry - Created the messaging for HC3 around IO path and solution efficiency- Direct roles in training both Jr and Sr level sales team members on how to position and pitch Scale versus Nutanix, Simplivity, Dell, HP, NetApp, EMC, VMWare, Xen, Hyper-V and IBM. - Design and prototype new platforms for the product lineup - Built the strategy for engaging DMR's and brought CDW to work with Scale.- Created Scale's alliances team and built an ecosystem around Scale's platform- Extensive work with the analyst community to help drive understanding of the Scale Platform's value and drive product awareness to the technology community- Created and formalized the relationship between Scale and Acronis - Created the relationship between Scale and Google for Cloud Unity and Hybrid Cloud- Designed, and orchestrated the architecture and partnerships to create Scale's VDI offerings- Created and formalized the Scale/Intel Partnership
