Alan leads a team of product managers in the Business and Industry Copilot group within the Cloud + AI engineering division at Microsoft. The team's scope is outbound product management for the service, sales, and marketing product categories. Alan also leads the Nuance third party migration program as well as the Gatekeeper Product Management team. Within the division, Alan specializes in how AI applies to contact center, IVR systems, self-service, knowledge management and related domains.
