Lead the organization towards sustainable growth and impact, identifying new opportunities for program expansion and community outreach.Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations. Ensure prudent financial practices and accountability.Program Development: Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to develop innovative and inclusive sports programs that meet the needs of diverse communities. Ensure programs are aligned with best practices and promote physical activity, wellness, and social inclusion.Staff Management and Development: Lead and mentor a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.Community Engagement: Build and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, businesses, and government agencies. Represent the organization in community events, conferences, and public speaking engagements.Advocacy and Awareness: Serve as an advocate for sports participation, wellness, and inclusion. Raise awareness about the organization's mission and impact through effective communication and marketing strategies.Board Relations: Work closely with the Board of Directors of schools, providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and reporting requirements. Mitigate risks and maintain appropriate insurance coverage.Evaluation and Impact Measurement: Develop and implement systems to assess program effectiveness and impact. Use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Southern Futsal brings cities across the southeast together to compete, train and educate players, parents and players across the south. We currently oversee futsal programs in Atlanta, Macon, Birmingham and Knoxville.

Connect SchoolsConnect school programs provides after school and day care programs for schools who have grades K through 8th grade. Connect has been the after school program provider at The Museum School of Avondale Estates since July 2015. We also provide the after school program at Liberty Tech Charter School in Fayette County, GA. We will provide a full time site director to manage the program as well as offer elective programs such as ballet, dance, soccer, tennis, Ballschool, science club and private tutoring. The program will include fitness club, a learning readiness program, support to school functions, learning stations, student support groups and homework support. We will also offer day and week programs for the summer and school holidays. Connect Sports Connect sports offers PhysEd, Health & Athletic programs & leagues to charter & private schools. We now operate and provide staff for the PE, health and athletics program at Liberty Tech Charter School. Sports & Educational Tours and Staff RecruitmentWe seek out and find the worlds most qualified youth coaches and place them in clubs in the USA. Coaches with UEFA Pro and UEFA A licenses have been head hunted and placed in some of the biggest clubs in the USA. We also take teams to the UK for soccer & rugby tours and schools to the UK for college and university visits. Soccer & Sport Expo’sSEC runs soccer expo's for parents, players and coaches throughout the southeast of the United States. These are hosted in Atlanta but are to expand to FL, TN and NC.

Instruct and direct on NSCAA Advanced National, National Diploma and all courses from Level I to VI as well as Special topics courses.

Oversee and manage the NSCAA’s presence in Georgia through program promotion and staff recruitment; Design, implement and administer a year long plan for residential and non-residential courses; Instruct coaching courses for coaches and clinics for players age 5-18.

Teach Health & PE for students in K-8. Oversee all lower grade school sports with the YMCA as well as schedule and organize all middle grade sports through the Metro Atlanta Athletics Conference (MAAC)Serve on the budget committee for Metro Atlanta Athletics Conference (MAAC) Serve as an advisor for middle grade boys.Organize and design a morning fitness club for all students in K - 8. Coach the boys and girls soccer teams.Educate all parents and coaches on school policies and ethics.Run free after school programs for students (Ball School, European Handball). Run free after school fitness program for teachers.

Serve as the assistant commissioner for the Metro Atlanta Athletic Conference (MAAC), which is a league for charter schools and private schools in Metro Atlanta.

Ballschule USA - a 501 (c) 3 non profit organizationThe Heidelberg Ball School (Ballschule Heidelberg ) is a children's sports project from the Sports Institute of the University of Heidelberg, the oldest university in Germany. The Ball School was founded in 1998 by Professor Dr. Roth and is now one of the most successful children's sports projects of its kind in Germany.Over 150 Ball Schools exist throughout Germany and the concept is even now expanding internationally. The Ball School has been introduced to Brazil, Mexico, Japan, Slovenia, Austria, South Africa and USA through various projects and it is continuing to establish a global presence.In the USA we work with schools, YMCA's and Boys and girls clubs to provide opportunities for children to discover and learn what sports they enjoy and excel at. Talent ID is about finding what sport they're best suited for.

Plan year long curriculum for soccer players age 8-18; Manage communication of college assistance programs; design & implement fitness programs based on players age and abilities; design player evaluation program; coach teams for games; manage first aid of teams and players

Oversight and management of over 1600 players, 150 volunteer coaches, 6 full-time employees and 5 part-time staff; Plan and manage budget of over $300,000; Design sponsorship and fundraising programs; Promote and manage annual camps of over 400 players; Plan and direct annual tournament of over 100 teams; Manage and maintain 11 soccer fields and equipment in association with County Recreation department; Lead coaching instructors through programs for players age 3-18; coach teams and players age 3-18 in club and after school programs.

Oversee, manage and launch one of the top 4 soccer coaching companies in the US to the southeast; Direct and execute sales meetings and presentations for staff and customers; Coach and mentor staff; design and direct regional sales and expansion plan; direct new product rollouts; key account management; customer relationship development; manage customer database and marketing campaigns; cold call customer database; follow up on sales leads through networking and exhibitions.
