Europe and North America Project Manager Consultant of the Strategic Plan Development, that aims to calculate production capacity, investment, feasibility of CAPEX (Capital Expenses) portfolio, and process improvements required to doble production volumes within the next 5-Years.Responsible for the development of the engineering projects to expand the Bimeda Brazil factory, including a new toxic and flammable warehouse and, an automated building to manipulate and mix 40 thousand liters of antiparasitic products.Working with Bimeda Brazil operational team, we achieve a growth of 100% of production capacity from 2017 to 2022 implementing and executing the following actions. I. Planned and managed short and long-term CAPEX portfolio for the acquisition of the equipment’s and automation needed to support the required production growth. II. Implementing the Continuous Improvement - Toyota Production System methodology to reduce losses and achieve 85% of productivity with an average of 95% of yield. III. Managing the technical team to implement TPM (Total Production Manufacturer) system to reduce unplanned downtime more than 70%.Some of the acquired and installed equipment’s: Automatic labeler for cylindrical and squared bottles of different sizes. Clean Steam Generator to expand production capacity of Injectable Antibiotics. Autoclave to expand the sterilization capacity of tools, equipment pieces, uniforms, and packs. Automatic Mixers 2000 liter to manipulate and mix Injectables Antibiotics. Automatic production data collection for efficiency management.

Lojas Renner – Hering - AlpargatasContract Management of more than 5 companies including more the 150 employees for the assemble and start-up of the equipment’s.More than 7 Sorters installed with hundreds of meters of conveyors for goods transportation and Storage & Docks allocations.

Responsible for developing the Automation of the “Three Pack” project, which enabled Colgate Palmolive to save R$3 million per year by reducing costs with third parties, rework, and material waste. This project won the “You Can Make a Difference” program, being celebrated and awarded at Colgate's headquarters in New York.As a TPM (Total Production Maintenance) leader, I worked on continuous improvement projects, where we managed to reduce production downtime (Unplanned Downtime), at Colgate's Via Anchieta Toothpaste factory, by 7%.Acted as multiplier of projects earned values by providing training in Brazil and the USA, sharing best project practices for manufacturing, autonomous maintenance operational training, GMP, FDA 21 and ABN Standards.
