I combine technical experience with unique product intuition to continuously evaluate and realise strategic "10x" engineering opportunities that provide sustainable long-term Platform growth, through maximising adoption and minimising TCO.I also support and mentor mid-level / senior engineers across HL's broader engineering community, imparting DevOps knowledge and best practices, as well as encouraging innovation and open-source software contributions.
