Part time positions assisting with the operations and maintenance of a high pressure steam plant that produce over 500,000 lbs of steam per hour and over 3000 tons of cooling, monitored and adjusted various temps and humidity in labs and cold storage rooms and freezers, and

Over saw the operations and maintenance of the companies Reston Portfolio which included 7 office buildings totaling over 700,000 sq. ft., while trainining and developing Apprentice Engineers enrolled in the companies Engineer Development Program

Operated the Class "A" 1.6 million sq ft 24 acre Corporate Headquarters and Data Center for Gannett/USA Today which consisted of a 2,400 ton cooling plant, 4 Megawatt Standby Generator System with 750 KVA Redundant UPS Distribution System to include staffing for 24 hour engineering services which consisted of a staff of over 14 engineers and 3 managers.

Over saw 2 office properties in SW, Washington DC which consisted of steam boilers, 1000 tons of cooling and a staff of 4 engineers

Managed the engineering operations of the 2.0 million sq. ft. Dulles Town Center Mall. Worked with Construction during the Malls expansion, chiller plant re-design and construction, over site of tenant builded outs, assisting with operations of the properties on site class "A" Hotel.

Managed the operations of various office properties from Foxhall Square - 120,00 Sq. Ft., Jefferson Plaza 1 and 2 - 550,000 Sq.Ft., and Reston Town Center - 730,000 Sq.Ft.
