Provide leadership in ongoing implementation of XBRL filing requirements.

Assisted in the preparation of the 10-K and 10-Q filings and the earnings releases. Prepared elimination entries for the consolidated P&L and B/S on a monthly and quarterly basis. Prepared monthly intercompany reconciliations between the parent company and foreign subsidiaries, and provided entries for intercompany payments and loans. Spent five months with the revenue recognition group preparing the accounting treatment for various transactions in accordance with software revenue recognition rules. Supported the 401(k) audit

Supported preparation of the 10-Q and 10-K filings. Prepared the FAS 86 and SOP 98-1 software capitalization calculations, EPS, capital lease accounting entries and amortization schedules, maintained several amortization schedules and account reconciliations for month-end reporting and prepared the investment rollforward. Supported SOX implementation by maintaining physical records of all manual journal entries for each monthly close. Supported the 401(k) audit.

Performed a variety of testing during quarterly reviews and annual financial audits for private and non-profit organizations, as well as a couple of SEC registrants.
