The Outside Bride was the webs newest wedding blog that provided a community space for couples who are getting married in the great outdoors to chat to each other, share ideas and get inspired. And also a community space for suppliers who also focused on outdoor weddings.Alongside Baylily Bell Tents, The Outside Bride was part of the Baylily Ltd family.

As a territory manager for Geek Squad UK a brand within the Carphone Warehouse, I am responsible for 45 Geek Squad precincts (100+ heads) and leading/coaching them to ensure that all KPIs are hit, including Customer Service & Revenue. As a business partner to the other brands, I work with them to drive the business and continue the growth of Geek Squad UK.

Tasked to setup the Geek Squad department in Best Buys second UK store Best Buy, Hedge End was a startup business. Part of a team of four who launched Geek Squad in the South of England.Whilst supported by the company, I had to use skills such as marketing, creativity, communication and planning to ensure the smooth launch. In Carphone Warehouse, Portsmouth, I led and managed the Geek Squad team, regularly returning 300% ROI, making it the number one Geek Squad precinct in Europe. Personally presented Geek Squad training to 350 of Carphone Warehouses senior management. During these sessions I demonstrated exceptionally articulate communication and presentation skills Created and delivered training and development packages for internal and external groups.For these sessions, I used my creative and presentation skills coupled with empathy, self motivation and adaptability Led/managed a team of nine, who were part of a project delivering training to all 7,000 customer facing employees of Carphone Warehouse in an eight week period. As well as using and building upon my skills in motivating, leading, organising and planning.
