Recently, I set up 19 offices in New South Wales (NSW) for a Jobactive contract; I've worked closely with the DESE to strengthen compliance across the industry; and led NSW to 5-star status in the DESE ratings. I have also been involved in some major employment programmes with large employers such as Rio Tinto and OneSteel, including the design and implementation of a training programme resulting in full-time sustainable employment for over 140 participants.
