• Responsible for the Induction, delivery and assessment of trainees in accredited Employment Services Certificate IV• Following the requirements outlined under the Australian Quality Training Framework [AQTF] and the training package or accredited competencies being delivered or assessed against• Preparation of resources (eg: handouts, power point presentations, assessment tasks, observation checklists, third party reports) • Liaise with RTO trainers, staff (when appropriate) to develop an assessment bank of tasks • Accurate maintenance of necessary course administration material including the submission of: Competency assessment records, attendance records, course/trainer notes, assessment tasks, benchmark answers and resources for accredited training • Ensure the observance of appropriate safety, health, welfare, security and good housekeeping standards • Comply with the requirements and regulations of appropriate legislation • Advise and assist course students in making them aware of the facilities the RTO provides • Maintain professional development in your chosen field of expertise • Attend trainer meetings (when requested), participate in validation meetings and industry networks • Report student grievances using the RTO’s documented grievance procedure • Attend relevant workshops and professional development programs offered by the RTO or the VET sector • Maintain an understanding of, and capacity to implement EEO, WHS, ethical practice, commitment to the principles of cultural diversity and other legislative requirements
