I am responsible for the identification, development and realtionship management regarding Cognitive and Advanced Analytic Solutions within IBM's Home Office, Defence, National Security and Policing Accounts across Europe. This incorporates Home Office Group, SIA, National Police Systems and associated departments such as UKBA, IPS. The role includes development of teaming arrangements and partnerships with Tier 1 partners and niche SMEs solution providers as well as alignment of IBM's current and future Analytics portfolio and Go To Market Offerings. I continue in the role of Chairman of the techUK National Security Group where I represent and manage techUK members interaction and support to the UK National Security market and related Government bodies

This incorporates Home Office Group, Minsitry of Justice, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Cabinet Office, National Police Systems and associated departments such as UKBA, IPS. The role includes development of teaming arrangements and partnerships with Tier 1 partners and niche SMEs solution providers as well as alignment of HP's current and future portfolio and Go To Market Offerings. I also provide subject matter expertise, advice and guidance to HP colleagues providing similar services to our wider Europe, Middle East and Africa region. I am the Chairman of the techUK National Security Group where I represent and manage techUK members interaction and support to the UK National Security market and related Government bodies.

I am seconded to the Home Office as the Industry Liaison for Security and Counter terrorism. My duties incorporate provision of industry bvriefings, green and white papers, presentations, representation of RISC into the Home Office and advice and guidance on procurements and industry engagement, strategy, policy and Defence and Security Through Technology Whitepaper implementation. I have supported HMG security export engagements and have provided brieifngs and written speeches for the UK Security Minister.

I was Head of the HP Defence and National Security Consulting team. I managed a team of 60 consultants specialising in the provision of technolgy and business consulting services to the UK MOD and Security Services.

I led the UK SAIC team for the Defence and Security Sector. The team provided high quality, innovative intelligence and security solution to the UK MOD, Special Forces and Security Agencies. Technologies included C4ISTAR, UAV and secure communications solutions.
