I am from the small town of Graham, Texas, and graduated from Graham High school in the top ten percent with honors. I have spent five years working outside doing various jobs ranging from cattle herding, fence building, hauling hay, and mowing pastures. The time I have spent working outside has taught me the value of good management, the ability to learn quickly, and the importance of hard work.I am currently attending the University of North Texas at Denton working to complete a Bachelor in Supply Chain Management and Logistics with a minor in Analytics. During my time at college so far I have learned how to balance school, work, and a healthy lifestyle. During my freshman year of college, I worked in the Kerr and Bruce cafeteria, Clark Bakery, and the new food court Eagle Landing. During my time there I served as a dishwasher, food prepper, bakery assistant, line server, and line leader. This job taught me how to work with others and what it is like to be the guy on the bottom and how crucial it is for managers to respect their employees. My goals are to help make the world a more efficient place by finding a better way to get resources and supplies to parts of the world that need them most. Parts of the world still lack insufficient supplies and materials and they need those items to live a better life. By studying supply chain and logistics I will be able to help get the resources to those people.
