Leading the development of Ecomerit Technologies'​ (and parent company, Dehlsen Associates) Wave Energy Converter (WEC), "Centipod". Key areas of my work have involved: - Directing multiple Research and Development projects - Leading a team to design and develop key sub-systems of the Centipod WEC technology- Applying technical and economic modeling of the Centipod technology to initiate long term strategic planning

- Responsible for WEC numerical model for performance and load characterization- Developed Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) model- Principal Investigator on DOE funded project to improve WEC survivability characteristics- Principal Investigator on a DOE funded project to improve WEC power take-off systems- Led a team working to improve advanced control algorithms for wave energy converters- Authored multiple grant proposals resulting in public grant funding to the program

- Wrote test procedures and designed sensor package for small-scale at-sea testing of prototype- Authored quarterly and final technical progress reports for the US Department of Energy
