I am an expert in CRM strategy and have lectured on many aspects of this subject in seminars, webinars and for CPD.Since 2016, I have served as non-executive CMO and COO at Working Eye, a start-up that is set to revolutionise careers advice (for our teenagers initially) using generative AI, film and other media. This innovative discovery platform has extending my knowledge artificial intelligence and machine learning as tools to enhance user experience (UX). Most recently my CPD plans have taken me into studying Executive Coaching as a professional qualification - through the ILM7 programme.
