• Transport Safety Victoria (TSV) is a Victorian Government agency within the Department of Economic Development. My main responsibilities are:
• Managing and marketing all of the agency's social media and content marketing platforms, including:- www.facebook.com/BoatSafeRideSafe (currently at 8.5K likes) - www.youtube.com/channel/UCaEzSHTE-3R15qLy1fU8mDw.
• Project managing a major redevelopment of the agency's 500-page website www.transportsafety.vic.gov.au
• Developing, curating and publishing the content for the website and all social media channels.
• Developing, managing and marketing www.wearalifejacket.vic.gov.au - a campaign microsite.
• Leading a major behaviour change campaign including all print, broadcast and digital advertising.

Managing the development of the OLV's new website www.livingvictoria.vic.gov.au and ongoing responsibility for content development and editing. Also, developing and implementing a social media strategy for the agency.

• ZEALANDIA is a world-class visitor attraction and conservation project managed by the not-for-profit Karori Sanctuary Trust. I was in this role for five years. My key responsibilities were:
• Print and digital content management: I did the copywriting for all printed and online collateral including the website
• Social Media: I developed the organisation’s Twitter, YouTube, Flickr and Facebook profiles
• Media management: I wrote all of the organisation’s news releases; hosted visiting media; and managed media responses
• Brand development: I was involved in a significant re-branding project as well as growing web traffic, improving website UI and increasing brand profile in domestic and international markets
• Destination tourism marketing: I used print and broadcast advertising and media familiarisation to help attract 70,000 visitors a year to Zealandia
