Reporting to the Directors supporting Sirius Analysis, Sirius Digital and Sirius Inc, role has increased responsibilities, including multi-team management, leading and overseeing the day to day operations for the following business support areas: HR, Recruitment, Resourcing, Facilities, Marketing, IT and Security.Sirius Analysis specialises in the delivery of analysis to enable its customers to make informed investment decisions and deliver effective projects, using its core skills in Operational Research, Cost Analysis, Systems Engineering, P3M, Civil Nuclear. Sirius Digital is a subsidiary of Sirius Analysis, expanding Sirius’ capability to include Software Engineering Services and Data Science to provide solutions to the complex software challenges faced by the UK Defence sector and beyond.

Reporting to the Directors, headed up all HR, recruitment and resourcing activities (including Associate management) for both Sirius Analysis and Sirius Digital. Wider responsibilities included Events Management and Business Development.

Reporting to the Group HR Director and Managing Director, managing a team, led the day to day HR and Recruitment function for UK Consulting and Digital Solutions across the Services business area. Former roles include UK HR Manager at TP Group and Resourcing Manager at Polaris Consulting. Polaris Consulting was acquired by TP Group in December 2017.

Led and managed candidate resourcing for the Professional Services team with responsibility for identifying and pro-actively sourcing candidates through a variety of different methods such as targeted headhunting, candidate referrals/recommendations, networking, advertising and database management.

Set up the Finance recruitment team at Matchtech, before transitioning to Barclay Meade as Candidate Resourcing Lead for the Public Practice Division servicing a varied portfolio including clients from the Big 4 and Top 20 firms.

Responsible for placing part qualified accountants into temporary positions in South East London.

Professional Golfer and Instructor to corporate clients and varying standards of groups and individuals.

Played professionally attaining Professional Golfers Association (PGA) qualified status in 1994 having studied at the Belfry Golf Club and Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.
