Textile Manufacturing Process Flow Study using the Demand Flow Technology method, covering three mains manufacturing levels finish, weaving and yarn preparation. It includes documenting the sequence of events of single process and time measurement studies.Auxillary task includes the support of the implantation of the new ERP (INTELISIS) system. (Early implementation phase: Product Structuring, Flow). Results : The Textile Manufacturing Process Flow, highlighting certain main process capacities. A 25% estimated work flow progress completed in the end.
