I have now retired from full time work in the commercial arena, after a career that included over 30 years' experience in a wide range of executive roles in both commercial and not-for-profit organisations, including over ten years in senior roles in the aged care industry. My career also included over 30 years' experience in both full time and part time church ministry. I was able to successfully bring Christian values and biblical principles of leadership into the various commercial roles I have held, with great effect. I am now focussed on my role within the church, but remain available for occasional short term projects and/or consulting.
