I specialize in creating training content and course materials. While I often focus on Microsoft Windows and Office products, I also work with proprietary platform training. I have authored technical publications and articles as well as serving as the technical editor for books designed to help the reader get familiar with the ins and outs of software. I currently create marketing videos as well as lessons using screencasting and animation tools designed for end-user training on a variety of products.I currently possess several Microsoft certifications and certifications for CompTIA A+ and Net+.I am bilingual, able to write and speak fluent Spanish. I lived 10 years in South America.I enjoy working with computer hardware and enjoy working on cabinetry project in my spare time.
