Performed the duties of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Program Manager by implementing policies and procedures for the CBRN Program from the ground up for the Office of Emergency Response and Recovery and Senior Administration personnel. Member of the Operations Division implementing the Stafford Act, National Response Framework, Federal Continuity Directive 1 and 2, National Presidential Directives and Homeland Security Presidential Directives for the completion of the Emergency Support Function 7 (ESF#7) in case presidential declared emergency. Managed and Operated the ESF#7 support section in the National Response Coordination Center (NRCC) in FEMA Headquarters during numerous exercises and real world events. During my tenure I have achieved Level 1 Practitioner of Continuity of Operation Planner. Currently I'm enrolled to attend one more course to achieve my Master's Level for (COOP) Continuity of Operation Planner. Developed and implemented the CBRN Standard Operation Plan for the Office of Emergency Response and Recovery along with the Senior Executive of GSA's Central Office. Developed and published the Senior Executive Response Team Transportation Plan Annex to the Continuity of Operations Plan for the National Capital Region. Developed and published the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Annex to the Continuity of Operations Plan for the National Capital Region. Managed and requested the CBRN annual budget and implementation. Achieved a clear understanding of the General Services Administrations acquisition and property management portfolio. Developed and implemented the personal property management policy for the Office of Emergency Response and Recovery. Worked strongly with our interagency partners in developing a Geospacial Information Platform for the Office of Emergency Response and Recovery. Serviced and managed a deliver route for over 500 customer on a daily basis. Insured prompt deliver and impeccable service everyday for 12 years. • Coordinated and planned for the annual National Association of Letter Carriers Food Drive that would bring in over 7,900 pounds of food annually for the local food banks for the Slate Belt Area.

Instructed and trained personnel and management on proper radiation factors and detection equipment. Developed and published a Hazardous Waste Disposal Guide and exercised final responsibility in insuring disposal procedures met Environmental Protective Agency and Host Nation guidelines. Instructed personnel on proper sampling and detection techniques using a variety of sampling and detection equipment. Instructed personnel on simplified and detailed contamination predictions to show what direction and how far contamination would travel. Published numerous information papers for high ranking and other personnel on newly published or old policies and procedures on Environmental Compliance issues. Team Leader of a decontamination unit that performed decontamination procedures on personnel and equipment. Instructed and trained personnel and management on proper dosimeter reading and recording procedures.
