• Efficiently scheduling the workload for eight finishing machines and minimising unnecessary downtime to ensure the highest productivity.• Record the machines’ daily backlogs and predict forward backlogs and provide this information daily to senior management.• Giving the Commercial Department predicted order ready dates so they can plan and book loads to be despatched to our customers.• Controlling and reallocating excess paper stock, investigating and reporting shortages and remakes for any orders that finished short and reporting and investigating late orders• Worked as a key member of the team taking pride in my responsibilities.
