CCAR, IHC and BaseI III requirements were also satisfied by Stride. The role included monthly face to face reporting to the Fed, regular updates to the Bundesbank and to Board Level management locally, UK and Germany2016 - 2017Oversaw a major Consent Order remediation program for the US branch of an Asian bank. The specific issues were KYC/AML related, going back for 15 years, covered clients domiciled in High Risk countries.

Hired as a consultant in New York, first assignment was in London working with MD of International IT, after 6 months took over Operations for 12 months, built out Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, India and expanded Tokyo). Providing consulting and advisory services, initial projects were in India (Mumbai and Bangalore), Europe (London, Frankfurt and Zurich), specializing in Offshoring, Process optimization, Cost Reduction and Data & Risk Management.

1999 to December 2003, Alan was a Director, Chairman and Founder of Broker-to-Broker Inc, trading under the brand name of Omiris Networks. B2B was a Financial Start up, backed by the Carlyle Group, Sapient & Energis (National Grid), that built a Cross Border Order & Execution network of Brokers covering 80 Global Equity markets. B2B was sold to Tradeware, now SS&C in 2004
