• Manage multiple project's from customer design concept to build department. • Assist in the design and development of systems and components• Costing & creating new quotations for lean department.• Creating production orders on SAP software for lean maintenance & build department.• Ensuring that all lean products have safety load decal plates attached.• Support the H&S committee on ongoing safety concerns & improvements.• Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers focusing on value, delivery schedules and quality.• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding price, availability and delivery times of materials.• Reviewing current suppliers to ensure that quality standards are maintained and costs are kept to a minimum.• Production and Maintenance of drawing registers and control of drawing revisions.• Building relationships with clients and suppliers to further enhance the company’s positive reputation in the industry.• Ensuring that suppliers are aware of deadline and project objectives to ensure that there are no delays in completing projects.

• Tendering for new mechanical contracts.• Health & Safety.• Creating the RAMS for each new mechanical project.• Managing the company’s assets. • Create O&M manuals for each new project includes as built drawings (AutoCad).• Manage manpower according to specific project requirements.• Contacting suppliers for quotations for various plant i.e. (Heat exchangers, AHU, HRU,s BMS, Boilers, expansion vessels, Pumps, CHP, ductwork, commissioning.)• Liaise with consultants and main contractors to ensure smooth running of operations.• Ensure projects are materially resourced as required and liaises with suppliers.• Provide progress site reports to senior management.• Data manipulation of original drawings according to the revision of the specification

• Developing cost estimates for various clients• Involved in helping create competitive tenders for D&B and shell and core projects. • Tender analysis and building FOTs ( Form of Tenders)• Contacting suppliers for quotations for various plant i.e. (Heat exchangers, AHU, Boilers, expansion vessels, Pumps, CHP, ductwork, commissioning.)• Creating plant take off schedules from mechanical drawings.• Inputting mechanical data into engineering server. • With the aid of mechanical equipment schedules and schematics, create a tender file. • Create separate folders for each client, folders include the Scope of work, the form of tender, mechanical plant and equipment list, quotations for the plant, summary of tender, and pricing document.• Issue the tender document to the client.

Duties include but are not limited to;• Compiling new pipe leak test pack reports.• Email QS for quotation on required materials.• Liaise with suppliers, for various mechanical components.• Create Isometric drawings, for various pipe networks, to highlight and document new welds on the pipe line system. • With the aid of P&ID drawings determine valve/pump, numbers to include in ISO drawings.• Record weld log books including the welders reference number and date of weld.• Create and compile SPA summary reports.• Site walks to highlight new pipe line installation procedure, keg plant weigh check system, (PLC), pipe label etc.• Compile new RAMS for various buildings within Guinness plant complex.• Add to and edit old and existing jobs on Leo Lynch server. • Create and compile site audit reports.

• Set up and operate planned and reactive services on the CAFM system.• Provide support to K-Mac technical team to ensure that all plant related duties are successfully carried out.• Trouble-shooting of Facilities issues.• Creating PPM service schedules on excel, for various plant (e.g. HVAC, heat exchanger, FCU).• Creating assets, ppm’s, tasks, and generating work orders on maintenance connection software.• Scanning gas inspection & boiler service sheets, and sending to server, to later attach to work orders on Maintenance Connection software.• Compiling FM quotations, SLA’s, Checklist, Logbooks, Contracts and Service Plans for new & existing clients (e.g. UCC Cork, Equifax Technology, RSA security, SCP).• Creating emergency fire evacuation plan drawings, on Autocad software, for various companies.• Risk assessments and health & safety audits for various companies.• Creating (RAMS) risk assessments & method statements to suite customer demand.• Editing Service level agreements to suit customer demand.

• Interpreting customer schematics and creating readable design drawings with dimensions for the CNC engineer to produce a finished product. •Creating a numbered wiring schematic with the use of Excel software.•Email CNC engineer for quotation on finished product.•Create a job and part number for the finished probe head design so that it may be documented in the engineer server.•Modifying existing designs from engineer server to suit customer demand.

• Operators are responsible for all activities on their machine for their shift.• Set up machines to start a production cycle.• Control and adjust machine settings (i.e., speed, temperature, etc)• Maintain the various post printing machinery in the plant (stackers, conveyors insert machines and packaging machines).• Loads extruder hopper with plastic granules and color concentrate per job specifications. When required, sets up printing section with assistance.• Loads reels of wire into payoff stand, laces wire through a preheater-wire straightener into and through the extruder head and the die water trough, capstan spark tester and onto the take-up reel.• Be aware of all functions while machine is operating.• Fix issues that might occur during the shift.• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
